Welcome to Bellissimo Expressions Photography! By booking a session or joining our Exclusive Event List Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all clients. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Bellissimo Expressions Photography provides the following services:
- Individual and Couples Boudoir Photography
- Shibari Experience Boudoir
- Gentlemen Boudoir
- Engagement Photos
- Bridal Boudoir
- Small Venue Weddings

Each service is available in tiered collection levels, offering various features and pricing to suit your needs.

Subcontractors: We may use second shooters for larger events; all adhere to our standards and policies.

2. Booking and Reservations

- A **session reservation fee** is required to secure your booking. This fee varies by service and is applied toward the total cost of your chosen collection.
- The reservation fee is **non-refundable** if the session is canceled less than **4 days** before the scheduled date. If you proceed with the session but choose not to select a collection for final payment, the reservation fee will serve as compensation for the time and artistry dedicated to your photoshoot.
- Sessions can be rescheduled subject to availability, provided the request is made at least **48 hours** in advance.
- For Engagement and Wedding Collections, a deposit of **75% of the collection price** is required to reserve your spot, payable in two installments at least **one month** prior to the event. Failure to complete the deposit by this due date may result in the loss of your reservation. Cancellations within one month of the event will result in the deposit becoming non-refundable.

3. Payment Terms

- Full payment is required before any collection products (e.g., albums, digital images) are delivered.
- **Payment plans** are available for higher-tier collections (Emerald, Ruby, Diamond, Kogyoku, To-ryu, Silver, Gold, Couples Boudoir Collections). The payment plan must be paid in full before products are delivered. Payment plans do not apply to reservation fees.
- All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice, though booked sessions will honor the agreed-upon price.
- Upgrades to higher-tier collections during a session require payment of the difference in the reservation fee before incorporating additional elements.

Overtime: Additional hours beyond package coverage billed at $300/hour.

  • Liability: Studio not liable for accidents, injuries, or data loss beyond reasonable control (e.g., equipment failure). Replacement session offered if feasible.

    4. Age Requirement

    - All clients must be **18 years of age or older** to participate in any photography session.

    5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    - Cancellations for Boudoir sessions must be made at least **4 days** before the scheduled session to avoid forfeiture of the reservation fee.

  • Bellissimo Expressions Rescheduling Policy

    At Bellissimo Expressions, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re here to work with you to ensure your boudoir, wedding, or engagement photography experience is perfect! To help us manage our schedule and provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rescheduling policy.

    If you need to reschedule your session for any of our Standard Boudoir, Gentlemen Boudoir, Shibari Experience Boudoir, Wedding, or Engagement Collections, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by contacting us at contact@BellissimoExpressions.com (850) 364-7897. This allows us to offer your reserved time slot to another client and accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability.

    Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session may incur a rescheduling fee of $100 to cover the costs of reserving your original time slot. In the case of unavoidable emergencies, such as illness or family emergencies, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll consider waiving the fee on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and flexibility.

    Your session reservation fee will remain applied to the total cost of your chosen collection, and any rescheduling will not affect your minimum purchase commitment (where applicable). Please note that products from your session will be delivered only after your chosen collection is paid in full.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth scheduling process. If you have any questions or need to reschedule, don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re here to make your experience with Bellissimo Expressions unforgettable!


  • - For Engagement and Wedding Collections, cancellations must be made at least **one month** before the event to avoid forfeiture of the reservation payment.
    - Rescheduling requests must be made at least **48 hours** in advance for Engagement and boudoir sessions (Weddings not included in this type of rescheduling) and are subject to availability.
    - In the event of a no-show for boudoir sessions and engagement events, the reservation payment is forfeited, and the session will need to be rebooked with a new fee.

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients with the following refund policy for wedding cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than one year prior to the wedding date will receive a 90% refund of payments made.

  • Cancellations made between six months and one year prior to the wedding date will receive a 75% refund of payments made.

  • Cancellations made between three months and six months prior to the wedding date will receive a 50% refund of payments made.

  • Cancellations made between two months and three months prior to the wedding date will receive a 25% refund of payments made.

  • Cancellations made between one month and two months prior to the wedding date will receive a 15% refund of payments made.

Bellissimo Expressions Purchase Agreement Clause

Thank you for choosing Bellissimo Expressions for your boudoir photography experience! We’re thrilled to capture your unique beauty and confidence through our Standard Boudoir, Gentlemen Boudoir, Couples Boudoir, or Shibari Experience Boudoir Collections.

By signing up for one of these collections, you agree to a minimum purchase of $1,200. This minimum applies to the total cost of the collection you select. Your session reservation fee will be applied toward the total cost of your chosen collection, making it a seamless part of your investment in this unforgettable experience.

Please note that products from your boudoir experience, such as prints, albums, or digital images, will be delivered once your chosen collection is paid in full. We’re here to ensure your experience is exceptional, and we can’t wait to create something beautiful together!

6. Session Details

- Each session that is associated with our main Boudior Collections includes (This does not include Engagement and Wedding Collections though some of the below elements do apply to those. Also this does not include stand alone Mini sessions. Mini sessions are short under 15-30 minutes with limited range of options):
- Professional posing direction, preparation, styling, and guidance
- Multiple studio looks or setups (as specified in your collection)
- Images in color and black & white
- Fine art images and creative story images (expressing your concept or idea)
- A luxury high-quality album (included in most collections)
- A specified number of professionally edited high-resolution digital images
- Option to upgrade or purchase additional images/products during or after the session

- **Shibari Experience Boudoir** sessions include rope work by a well-practiced Shibari practitioner.
- **Gentlemen Boudoir** sessions are designed to celebrate masculinity and individual expression in a safe, judgment-free space.
- **Couples Boudoir** sessions focus on intimacy, connection, and shared empowerment.

7. Hair and Makeup

- Optional professional hair and makeup services are available for an additional fee of **$200** and must be booked in advance.
- If hair and makeup services are canceled less than **4 days** before the session, the fee is non-refundable.

8. Food and Beverages

- Non-alcoholic drinks, light snacks, and chocolate are provided during all sessions.
- For clients **21 and over**, wine is available in select collections (Ruby, Diamond, To-ryu, Gold, Couples Boudoir Collections). Clients under 21 will be offered a specialty dessert instead.
- Gluten-free and vegan options are available upon request.

9. Image Usage and Rights

- Clients grant Bellissimo Expressions Photography the right to use session images for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, marketing materials), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients receive a **personal use license** for their images, allowing them to print, share, and display the images for non-commercial purposes.
- Clients may not sell or distribute the images commercially without prior written permission.

  • Privacy & Data Protection: All images and personal data stored securely for 12 months, then archived or deleted unless otherwise requested. Online galleries are password-protected.

  • Bellissimo Expressions Copyright Clause

    At Bellissimo Expressions, we’re passionate about creating stunning images that capture your unique story through our Standard Boudoir, Gentlemen Boudoir, Shibari Experience Boudoir, Wedding, and Engagement Collections. To protect the artistry and integrity of our work, please review the following copyright terms.

    All photographs, digital images, and other creative content produced during your session with Bellissimo Expressions are the exclusive property of Bellissimo Expressions and are protected by United States copyright law. As the copyright holder, Bellissimo Expressions retains full ownership of all images, including the right to reproduce, display, and distribute them.

    Upon full payment of your chosen collection, you will receive a personal use license, granting you permission to use the delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sharing with family and friends, printing for personal use, or posting on personal social media accounts with credit to Bellissimo Expressions. This license does not permit the sale, modification, or commercial use of the images without our prior written consent.

    We love showcasing the beauty of our work! Unless you explicitly request otherwise, Bellissimo Expressions reserves the right to use images from your session for promotional purposes, such as on our website, social media, marketing materials, or portfolios. We will always respect your privacy, particularly for boudoir sessions, and will only use images with your consent or in a manner that maintains your confidentiality.

    10. Specific Service Terms

    **Boudoir Photography (Individual, Couples, Gentlemen)**
    - Sessions are conducted in a safe, judgment-free environment.
    - Clients are encouraged to communicate their comfort levels and boundaries throughout the session.
    - For **Gentlemen Boudoir**, the focus is on celebrating masculinity, strength, and vulnerability.

    **Shibari Experience Boudoir**
    - Sessions include rope work by a well-practiced Shibari practitioner.
    - Clients must disclose any physical limitations, injuries, or health concerns prior to the session.
    - Safety protocols are strictly followed, and clients may stop the session at any time if they feel uncomfortable.

    **Engagement and Wedding Photography**
    - Location fees (if applicable) are not included in the package price and must be covered by the client.
    - Travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area.
    - A detailed timeline and shot list should be provided by the client at least **two weeks** before the event.

    11. Exclusive Event List Membership

    Terms and Conditions for Exclusive Event List Membership

    1. Membership Overview

    The Exclusive Event List Membership ("Membership") is a paid, month-to-month subscription service offered by Bellissimo Expressions LLC (Bellissimo Expressions Photography). The Membership provides members with exclusive benefits, including discounts on mini sessions and priority booking for events.

    2. Membership Fees and Payment

    • Fees: The Membership fee is $50 per month or $25 every two weeks, at the member's discretion.

    • Payment: Payments are processed automatically on a recurring basis using the payment method provided by the member.

    • Due Date: Monthly payments are due on the first day of each month. Bi-weekly payments are due every two weeks from the initial subscription date.

    3. Membership Benefits

    • Discount: Members receive a 15% discount on all mini sessions offered by the Company. Mini sessions are typically priced between $300 and $500.

    • Priority Booking: Members have priority access to book events before they are open to the general public.

    • One-Time Credit: Members in higher-tier collections receive a one-time credit equal to one month's subscription fee ($50) upon joining the Membership. This credit is applied to the member's account and can be used towards future services.

    4. Cancellation

    • Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their Membership at any time by providing written notice to the Company.

    • Notice Period: Cancellations require a 30-day notice period. The Membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

    5. Eligibility

    • Open to All: The Membership is open to all clients of the Company, subject to the Company's discretion.

    • Higher-Tier Collections: Members in higher-tier collections are eligible for the one-time credit upon joining.

    6. Membership Duration

    • Month-to-Month: The Membership is a month-to-month subscription and continues until cancelled by the member or terminated by the Company.

    7. Definitions

    • Mini Sessions: Short photography sessions offered by the Company, typically lasting 15-30 minutes.

    • Events: Includes all photography events, workshops, and special sessions offered by the Company.

    8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

    • Right to Modify: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

    • Notification: Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the Company's website.

    9. Refunds and Liability

    • Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial months or if a member cancels mid-month.

    • Liability: The Company is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the Membership or participation in events.

    10. Data Protection

    • Personal Information: The Company collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

    • Usage: Personal information is used solely for the purpose of managing the Membership and providing services.

    11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    • Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.

    • Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, USA.

    • No Guarantee of Savings: While the 15% discount may cover membership costs over time, savings depend on session participation and are not guaranteed.

    • Terms of Service: Membership and session participation are governed by the organizer’s terms of service, which members must review and accept upon joining.

    Refund Policy

    - **Non-Refundable After Payment**: Once the membership fee is paid, it is non-refundable.

    - **Cancellation Notice**: To discontinue the payment plan, please notify us in writing at least **7 days** before your next scheduled payment.

    Acceptance

    By subscribing to the Exclusive Event List Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    12. Vouchers and Gift Certificates/Cards

    - Clients who book higher-tier collections (Ruby, Diamond, To-ryu, Gold) may receive a **$200 voucher** toward future sessions, specific to certain collections. (Available only for the first time using specified collections.)

- Are Gift Cards and Gift Certificates Refundable?

While our gift certificates and cards are non-refundable, they can be used towards any of our wonderful services and products at Bellissimo Expressions (unless specific limitations are noted for that service or product it is referenced to. In such case, please adhere to the limitations listed on that particular service or product).

Think of them as a special opportunity to treat yourself or someone you love to a memorable experience! Each gift certificate is a one-time use, ensuring you get the full value of your visit with us. Having a gift certificate is a fantastic way to plan for some well-deserved "me time"—something we know can be hard to prioritize. At Bellissimo Expressions, we’re here to help you make that time for yourself and create beautiful, lasting memories.

13. Liability

- Bellissimo Expressions Photography is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session, or data loss beyond reasonable control (e.g., equipment failure). Replacement session offered if feasible.
- Clients are responsible for their own safety and must follow all instructions provided by the photographer and staff.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bellissimo Expressions LLC, its owners, photographers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, "Bellissimo Expressions") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses;

  • Any personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress occurring during or related to photography sessions, events, or use of products;

  • Data loss, corruption, or failure to deliver digital files due to technical malfunctions, equipment failure, cyber incidents, or other causes beyond reasonable control;

  • Dissatisfaction with the artistic quality, style, or outcome of photographs, edits, or products;

  • Any third-party claims, including those related to privacy, intellectual property, or content captured during sessions.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if Bellissimo Expressions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Bellissimo Expressions' total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services or products giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event or circumstance alleged to have caused the damage. If no fee was paid, liability is limited to $100 USD.

Clients acknowledge that photography services involve inherent risks, such as physical activity during shoots (e.g., posing in boudoir sessions or outdoor wedding locations), potential equipment interactions, or environmental factors (e.g., weather for Emerald Coast shoots). Clients are solely responsible for their own safety, health, and well-being, and must follow all instructions, guidelines, and safety protocols provided by Bellissimo Expressions staff. Clients agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or limitations prior to the session.

In the event of unavoidable data loss (e.g., due to hardware failure), Bellissimo Expressions will make reasonable efforts to recover files or offer a complimentary reshoot if feasible and at its sole discretion. However, Bellissimo Expressions maintains industry-standard backups for a limited period (typically 90 days post-delivery) and recommends that clients create their own backups of delivered digital files immediately upon receipt. No compensation beyond a reshoot or file replacement will be provided for data-related issues.

For physical products (e.g., prints, albums), liability is limited to replacement of defective items as outlined in the Return Policy. Bellissimo Expressions is not responsible for damage occurring during shipping by third-party carriers or after delivery.

Bellissimo Expressions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

This section shall survive termination of any agreement or session.

15. Force Majeure

Bellissimo Expressions shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, equipment failure, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, Bellissimo Expressions will notify the client promptly and offer options such as rescheduling, substitution of services, or a pro-rated refund at its discretion.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bellissimo Expressions from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your violation of these Terms; (ii) your use of the services or products; (iii) any content you provide or actions you take during sessions; or (iv) any third-party claims related to your participation.

Governing Law

These Terms, including this Liability clause, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Okaloosa County, Florida.

However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or resolution is needed. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds may be requested for our services and products.

1. Photography Services (Sessions and Editing)

Non-Refundable: Photography services, including but not limited to boudoir sessions, consultations, and photo editing, are non-refundable. This is because the work is performed at the time of the session and cannot be undone.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Quality Concerns: If you have concerns about the quality of your session or the final edited images, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your images. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues.

2. Physical Products (Prints, Albums, etc.)

Return Window: Our products are non-returnable. However, if the physical products, such as albums, or certain print shop crafted tangible items, are grossly defective or drastically damaged, you may return them and we will work with our print company to provide you with an undamaged product.

The Process:

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds or Replacements: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will:

Provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products (e.g., albums with specific edits or engravings) are non-returnable unless drastically defective.

3. Digital Products (Edited Photos, Digital Downloads) are also non-returnable.

Non-Refundable: Digital products, including edited photos and digital downloads, are non-refundable once delivered. This is due to the nature of digital content, which cannot be returned.

Quality or Delivery Issues: If there is an issue with the quality of the images or the delivery process (e.g., corrupted files or incorrect images), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include re-editing or re-delivering the files.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Request Assistance

For Services or Digital Products: If you have concerns about your session or digital products, please reach out to us within 7 days of your session or delivery. We are committed to addressing your concerns and ensuring your satisfaction.

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless they are defective or not as described.

Promotional Items: Items purchased as part of a promotion or bundle may have specific return conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Force Majeure
Neither party liable for delays/cancellations due to unforeseen events such as (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, equipment failure); rescheduling or refunds offered as applicable. Bellissimo Expressions Photography reserves the right to reschedule the session or provide a substitute photographer; rescheduling or refunds offered as applicable.
