These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all clients. Please read them carefully.

Services Offered

Bellissimo Expressions Photography provides the following services:

  • Individual and Couples Boudoir Photography

  • Portrait Photography

  • Bellissimo Portrait Photography

  • Shibari Experience Boudoir

  • Gentlemen Boudoir

  • Engagement Photos

  • Bridal Boudoir

  • Small Venue Weddings

Each service is available in tiered collection levels, offering various features and pricing to suit your needs. Subcontractors: We may use second shooters for larger events; all adhere to our standards and policies.

Terms and Conditions

Bellissimo Expressions LLC

  1. By booking a session, making any payment, or signing our Client Agreement, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are part of your binding Client Agreement with Bellissimo Expressions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Company”) and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

    We provide professional boudoir photography (including Shibari Experience, Gentlemen Boudoir, Couples Boudoir, Adaptive, Bridal), portrait photography, engagement sessions, small-venue weddings, videography, light painting, albums, and wall art in the Emerald Coast area (Fort Walton Beach / Destin, Florida and surrounding regions). All sessions are for individuals 18 years of age or older.

    1. Booking and Reservation

    A non-refundable session reservation fee (amount specified at booking) is required to secure your date and time. This fee is credited toward your chosen collection and compensates for studio reservation and preparation.

    For engagement and wedding collections, a deposit of approximately 75% of the collection price is typically required at least one month prior to the event.

    We reserve the right to decline any booking.

    2. Payment Terms

    • Full payment (or the final installment of an approved payment plan) is required before delivery of any digital files, videos, albums, prints, or other products.

    • Payment plans are available for select higher-tier collections but do not apply to the reservation fee. All balances must be paid in full prior to delivery.

    • Booked sessions honor the quoted price. Upgrades or additional products require immediate payment of the difference.

    • Overtime is billed at $300 per hour (or as quoted).

    • Most boudoir and portrait collections include a minimum purchase of $1,200 (your reservation fee applies toward this).

    3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

    Boudoir, Portrait, Gentlemen, Couples, Shibari and similar sessions:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 4 days (96 hours) in advance to avoid forfeiture of the reservation fee.

    • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

    • No-shows result in forfeiture of the reservation fee; a new fee is required to rebook.

    Engagement and Wedding Collections:

    • Deposits become largely non-refundable within one month of the event.

    • Earlier cancellations may qualify for partial refunds on a tiered basis (details provided in your Client Agreement or upon request).

    We strive for flexibility in cases of genuine emergencies or illness and will review them on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation. Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferable subject to stated limitations.

    4. Image Rights, Copyright, and Usage Permissions

    All photographs, videos, and creative works created during your session are the sole intellectual property of Bellissimo Expressions LLC. We retain full copyright.

    Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license only. This permits you to print the images for personal use, share them privately with family and friends, and display them in your private spaces. You may not sell, license, submit to stock sites, use commercially, or alter the images in a manner that misrepresents our work without our prior written consent.

    Client Control and Consent for Our Use Nothing is shared without your explicit, written consent. We never post, display, or use your images for marketing, social media, our website, portfolios, or anywhere else unless you choose a specific release level during your private viewing. Options include:

    • Private — Images remain 100% yours; nothing is shared, ever.

    • Anonymous — We may share cropped/artistic details (blurred/hidden eyes or hidden face / and no main face identifying features) only with your approval.

    • Full Permission — Fully your choice for showcasing your empowerment.

    These options (and any session-specific consent details, especially for nudity or Shibari) are clearly presented and selected by you in the Client Agreement you sign. By signing, you grant us permission only to the exact level you choose. We maintain strict confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations at all times.

    5. Session Conduct and Liability

    Sessions take place in a private, locked studio. You may bring a support person if discussed in advance.

    You agree to follow reasonable posing guidance for safety and optimal results. For Shibari sessions, rope work is performed by a practiced practitioner, and all boundaries are documented in your Client Agreement.

    Liability and Waiver: You participate voluntarily. You release and hold harmless Bellissimo Expressions LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from the session or your participation, except those caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

    We are not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events (illness, weather, natural disasters, equipment issues, etc.). In such cases, we will work with you on a reasonable resolution, such as rescheduling or a partial credit when feasible.

    You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the delivered images.

    6. Delivery

    Digital images and videos are delivered via a secure online gallery. Physical products (albums, prints) have separate production and shipping timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party labs or carriers.

    7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms and your Client Agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall first attempt good-faith negotiation. Remaining disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Okaloosa County, Florida, or in the appropriate Florida courts. You agree to waive jury trial where permitted by law.

    8. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be posted on our website.

Bellissimo Expressions LLC Photography Return Policy

At Bellissimo Expressions Photography ("we," "our," or "us"), we strive to provide high-quality photography services and products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or resolution is needed. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds may be requested for our services and products.

1. Photography Services (Sessions and Editing)

Non-Refundable: Photography services, including but not limited to boudoir sessions, consultations, and photo editing, are non-refundable. This is because the work is performed at the time of the session and cannot be undone.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Quality Concerns: If you have concerns about the quality of your session or the final edited images, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your images. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues.

2. Physical Products (Prints, Albums, etc.)

Return Window: Our products are non-returnable. However, if the physical products, such as albums, or certain print shop crafted tangible items, are grossly defective or drastically damaged, you may return them and we will work with our print company to provide you with an undamaged product.

The Process:

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds or Replacements: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will:

Provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products (e.g., albums with specific edits or engravings) are non-returnable unless drastically defective.

3. Digital Products (Edited Photos, Digital Downloads) are also non-returnable.

Non-Refundable: Digital products, including edited photos and digital downloads, are non-refundable once delivered. This is due to the nature of digital content, which cannot be returned.

Quality or Delivery Issues: If there is an issue with the quality of the images or the delivery process (e.g., corrupted files or incorrect images), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include re-editing or re-delivering the files.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Request Assistance

For Services or Digital Products: If you have concerns about your session or digital products, please reach out to us within 7 days of your session or delivery. We are committed to addressing your concerns and ensuring your satisfaction.

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Custom Orders: Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless they are defective or not as described.

Promotional Items: Items purchased as part of a promotion or bundle may have specific return conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Force Majeure
Neither party liable for delays/cancellations due to unforeseen events such as (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, equipment failure); rescheduling or refunds offered as applicable. Bellissimo Expressions Photography reserves the right to reschedule the session or provide a substitute photographer; rescheduling or refunds offered as applicable.
