Failure to complete the deposit by this due date may result in the loss of your reservation. The remaining balance can be settled during or after the event. Photos will be delivered once the collection is paid in full. If you cancel within one month of the event, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

## Cancellations

**Q: What is your cancellation policy?**
A: For regular sessions, cancellations must be made at least **4 days** before the session to avoid forfeiture of the reservation fee. For Engagement and Wedding Collections, cancellations must be made at least **one month** before the event to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.

• Cancellations made between three months and six months prior to the wedding date will receive a 50% refund of payments made.

• Cancellations made between two months and three months prior to the wedding date will receive a 25% refund of payments made.
