# Session Reservation Fee Policy

At Bellissimo Expressions Photography, we’re committed to creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for you. To secure your session, a reservation fee is required, which will be applied toward the total cost of your chosen collection.

Please note that if you need to cancel, we kindly ask for notification at least 4 days before your scheduled session to avoid forfeiture of the reservation fee. Additionally, if you proceed with the session but choose not to select a collection for final payment, the reservation fee will serve as compensation for the time and artistry dedicated to your photoshoot. We’re here to help you every step of the way, so please reach out with any questions!

# Session Upgrade Policy

At Bellissimo Expressions Photography, we’re thrilled to offer the flexibility to upgrade your collection during your session to enhance your experience! If you choose to upgrade to a higher-tier collection with a different reservation fee, we’ll kindly ask for the difference in payment before incorporating the additional elements of that collection. Our goal is to ensure your session is tailored to your vision, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way!

- **Session Reservation Fee**: The reservation fee is applied to the total cost of your chosen collection. It is non-refundable if canceled less than 4 days before the scheduled session.
- **Payment Plans**: Available for Silver and Gold collections; full payment is required before receiving your products. Payment plans do not apply to reservation fees.
- **Optional Hair & Makeup**: Add professional hair and makeup for $200 (must be booked in advance).
- **Cancellation Policy**: Cancellations must be made at least 4 days before the session, or the reservation fee is non-refundable.
- **Age Requirement**: All clients must be 18 or older.

By signing up for one of these collections, you agree to a minimum purchase of $1,200. This minimum applies to the total cost of the collection you select. Your session reservation fee will be applied toward the total cost of your chosen collection, making it a seamless part of your investment in this unforgettable experience.

Please note that products from your boudoir experience, such as prints, albums, or digital images, will be delivered once your chosen collection is paid in full. We’re here to ensure your experience is exceptional, and we can’t wait to create something beautiful together!
